Our fixed rate call out/labour charge means there will be no hourly rate, so you won't pay any extra unless there are parts required.

What a pleasant change! I called you last week to come and service my boiler, and your office staff were so friendly, they managed to get me an appointment the very same day! The engineer arrived early, which saved me waiting around, and when he left he made sure everything was clean and tidy. And such a competetive price - cheaper even than British Gas when they were doing the £30 discount!
